Yes, HOA membership is mandatory for all property owners within the neighborhood.
Each member is assessed a quarterly fee of $80.00, totaling $320.00 annually.
Quarterly assessments are due January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 each year. Late fees
are assessed if payment is not received by the 10th day of the respective due month.
Community Management Associates (CMA) is the HOA’s management company
responsible for executing decisions made by the Board of Directors and running the operations of the HOA.
ACC stands for the Architectural Control Committee. Homeowners are required to submit
requests and receive approval prior to modifying the exterior of their property, as provided by the CC&Rs
.
Yes, the governing documents of the association require any work performed on the outside
of your home be approved. However, there are certain items that the board and AC Committee have pre-approved. See
the Documents page within this website for pre-approved standards. (You must log in and go to "Homeowner

under the "Contact CMA" menu for instructions on how to register.). When using any pre-approved
standard an ACC request is not necessary.

Annual budgets are determined by the following HOA responsibilities: Management Fees
which include Operational, Financial and Communication Services, Professional Fees, Postage, Printing &
Stationary, Yearly Audit, Legal Services, Insurance, Taxes, Website and Internet Services, Community Activities, Meetings,
Landscape Services, Utilities, Holiday Decorations, Irrigation Repairs, Pond Maintenance including chemicals, Fountain
Repairs, and monies allocated into Reserves.
