Waterstone Home & Lot Owners' Road Care Responsibility

A Reminder to all Home and Property Owners of Waterstone Estates. You are responsible for any damage to the roads in front of your homes or lots due to lawn mowing equipment, including tractors. We have had some instances where tractors have scraped off the edges of our new concrete roads. If you have a 3^rd party contractor cut your yard or lot, we highly recommend that you make sure they are aware of this.

Construction Hours

Waterstone Estates has adopted the City of McKinney Construction Hours which are, Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday and Holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years) 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
