Your Villages of Sunset Pointe Homeowners Association Board uses this website to communicate important information to you. Here you can also reserve the Pool-side tables for your special event, request a Pool key card, submit your ACC requests, check any violations you may have and pay your assessments. If you haven't already done so, please take a moment to register as a user on this website. Just click on "Register" in the top right corner of this page.

SPLASH PARK
The neighborhood splash park is currently OPEN - please enjoy and use this time to check out all the systems - report any problems to CMA. Official opening date is Friday, 01 May 2026.
Note: the soft opening in late-April is to ensure all the mechanical systems work properly and to effect repairs as necessary - reservations may be made after 01 May.

WANT TO RESERVE TABLES FOR YOUR EVENT?
(DURING POOL OPEN SEASON ONLY)
If you would like to reserve the pool-side tables for a private event, please make a reservation, using the Reservations tab, located under Association Info.
Reservations are approved on a first come, first served basis. All tables, including those under the awning, may be reserved.
RULES:
- No more than 30 non-resident guests per party
- Parties are limited to 4 hours
- Observe all Pool rules
- Children 16 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult
- You must share the Pool with other residents
- Cleaning up after your party is your responsibility. You are responsible
for any damage to the Pool and the actions of your guests. - You must be a member in good standing with assessments current
- Provide a minimum of one week’s notice
- No reservations are allowed on major holidays

Neighborhood Monument Lights
The entrance monument lights will be updated to celebrate the following:
- New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day (27 December – 01 January)
- Superbowl (team colors, week of)
- Valentines Day (week of)
- Saint Patrick’s Day (week of)
- Baseball Opening Day (3 days)
- Easter (3 days)
- May the 4th, Star Wars Day (3 days)
- Cinco de Mayo (week of)
- Memorial Day (Friday before thru Tuesday after)
- Flag Day, 14 June (week of)
- Juneteenth, 19 June (red, white and blue week of)
- 4th of July (01 July – 05 July)
- Red River Shootout (week of)
- Halloween (three weeks prior with weekly updates)
- Thanksgiving (week of thru Sunday after)
- Christmas (01 December – 26 December with weekly updates)

New/Updated Neighborhood Guidelines
Permanent lighting under awnings ("jellyfish" or "govee")
The Board has noted the installation of permanent lighting on some homes and recognizes the joy this brings, but in order to ensure uniformity and protect property values, the following Usage Guidelines have been adopted.
- All permanent lights require ACC approval
- No visible wires below the awning – no “Christmas” lights
- Holiday Lighting: Permitted during recognized holidays (e.g., Christmas, Halloween, Independence Day, etc). Lights may be used up to 30 days before and 14 days after the holiday.
- Accent Lighting: Subtle white or warm white lighting (no more than 800 lumens – 60 watt bulb) may be used year-round for architectural accenting.
- Event Lighting: Temporary use for personal events (e.g., birthdays, parties) is allowed but must be turned off by 10:00 PM
- Prohibited Uses:
- Flashing, strobing, or rapidly changing colors
- Lighting that mimics emergency vehicles
- Excessively bright or distracting patterns
Basketball Goals
Temporary basketball hoops must be moved out of sight each weekday evening, but can remain in the driveway continuously anytime Crowley Independent School District (CISD) does not have classes (weekends, holidays, summer).
