ANNUAL HOA MEETING

The Home Owners Association (HOA) will hold our annual meeting at 6:30pm on Tuesday, 21 January 2025 at the Chisholm Trail Community Center (4936 McPherson Blvd, Fort Worth, TX  76123).

In order to conduct HOA business (including election of new officers) we must meet the quorum of 26 homeowners (either by proxy or in person).

Incentives for in-person attendance: 

- Councilman Dr. Jared Williams will be there to present a 'state-of-the-district' address

- we will hold a raffle for one semi-annual dues payment for all in-person attendees

- you can ask us anything!

Your Villages of Sunset Pointe Homeowners Association Board uses this website to communicate important information to you. Here you can also reserve the Pool-side tables for your special event, request a Pool key card, submit your ACC requests, check any violations you may have and pay your assessments. If you haven't already done so, please take a moment to register as a user on this website. Just click on "Register" in the top right corner of this page.

SPLASH PARK

The neighborhood splash park is closed for winter.  As usual, the splash part will reopen as soon as we can in late-April 2025.

NEED A POOL KEY CARD? 

POOL KEY CARDS ARE FREE TO ALL OWNERS AND THEIR TENANTS.  JUST CONTACT CMA AT: (972) 943-2800 or access@cmamanagement.com and they'll help you out.

WANT TO RESERVE TABLES FOR YOUR EVENT? 

(DURING POOL OPEN SEASON ONLY)

If you would like to reserve the pool-side tables for a private event, please make a reservation, using the Reservations tab, above, located under Association Info. 

Reservations are approved on a first come, first served basis.  All tables, including those under the awning, may be reserved.

RULES:  

1.  No more than 30 non-resident guests per party
2.  Parties are limited to 4 hours
3.  Observe all Pool rules
4.  Children 16 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult
5.  You must share the Pool with other guests
6.  Cleaning up after your party is your responsibility.  You are responsible  for any damage to the Pool and the actions of your guests.  
7.  You must be a member in good standing with assessments current
8.  Provide one week’s notice
9.  No reservations are allowed on major holidays
