11/14/24 - 2025 POOL HOURS - The following message is provided by your Board of Directors with regards to the 2025 Pool Hours - :Despite a 20% increase in usage, the board has chosen to prioritize funds for higher-priority community needs rather than extending pool hours at this time. While extended hours may be revisited in the future, focusing on pressing maintenance and repairs is a more suitable financial choice for the HOA in 2025. Please continue to work closely with HOA management team and report any concerns, as we are actively tracking and addressing items as resources allow".

10/25/24 - INCREASE IN MASTER ASSESMENTS- During the 3rd Quarter Board Meeting, the Board of Directors approved the 2025 Budget for your community, which included a 10% increase in assessments. Master Assessments will be $242 per quarter effective 01/01/2025. The current increase is attributed to a variety of factors, including annual increases in General Liability Insurance, Utilities, Pool Chemicals, Pool & Pavilion Repairs and Landscape Improvement Projects which were approved by your Board of Directors. In addition, contributions have been added to Reserves in line with fiscally sound management.
10/24/24 - ROOM RESERVATIONS - To reserve the community room please contact the office at 956/584-2827. Room Reservation not guaranteed until contract and deposit are received. Owner must be in good standing and no open violations. If Renter is wanting to rent the room, they Owner must sign contract as responsible party. Rental Rate is $25 an hour with a $300 refundable deposit. Cleaning Fee is $70 or $100 if kitchen will be utilized.
