November 2024 - Board Meeting Minutes

November 2024 - Financial Reports
You can view the HOA's financial reports after you login by clicking on the Association Info tab, select Documents, then select Financial Reports for the year you're interested in.
Our neighborhood street lights are managed and repaired by the electrical utility company, Coserv. If you notice any street light(s) in the neighborhood staying on during the day, going on and off intermittently at night, or not coming on at all at night, CLICK HERE and fill out the Coserv form online. You'll be doing us all a favor!
November 2024 - Parking Continues To Be A Problem
Our streets are very narrow; and when vehicles park on the street, it makes our streets even narrower. Please use your garage and driveway to park. If you and/or your guests must temporarily park in the street, please park next to the curb and with the flow of traffic.
November 2024 - Landscape Services
The mowing and edging of the grass, shrub pruning, and front bed maintenance in the community is provided by Terracare. Tuesday is our designated service day for mowing, and shrubs are trimmed on an "as needed" basis.
November 2024 - Maintenance Projects
Please remember to submit an ACC request form for any changes you make to your front landscape or property. You can find the form under the Account Info tab after you login.
November 2024 - Speeding
Please remember our streets are public streets. We have young children in our community so please slow down when driving on our streets.
November 2024 - Pet Owners
Please remember to pick-up after your pets. Use any of the three Pet Stations in the parks. Also remember that your pets should be under your control on a leash at all times in accordance with HOA Rules & Regulations as well as City of Plano ordinances (see HERE for explanation).

We are making every effort to communicate with you and keep you informed. We want to make everyone aware of community issues before violations and fines are used for enforcement.
