The Board of Directors will meet on the date and time noted above in Executive Session only. The Board will hold an Executive Session with legal counsel to exclusively discuss an attorney-client privileged matter involving threat of legal action and an internal board matter only.  There are no other items on the agenda, and there will be no open session or member comment forum.

Given this is a special limited meeting to be conducted in Executive Session only with legal counsel, you are being notified of this meeting and can attend until the Board adjourns into Executive Session and only to the extent the meeting is reopened to adjourn the meeting.
