Clubhouse Rentals for Private Events
Planning a party or special gathering? Lone Star Ranch residents can rent the beautifully appointed clubhouse for private events.
Booking Details:
- Reservations are made online via the Association Info > Reservations section.
- Choose from two rental time slots:
- Morning/Mid-Day: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM ($150)
- Evening: 5:00 PM – Midnight ($150)
- A $250 deposit is required for all events.
Important Notes:
- All setup, event activities, and cleanup must occur within your reserved time slot.
- Accessing the clubhouse outside of your rental period will incur a $50 fee per 15-minute increment.
- Events can be booked up to 6 months in advance—reserve early to secure your preferred date!
- Rental fees are due at the time of booking. The deposit will be charged 7 days prior to your event and refunded (minus any applicable fees) within 3 business days after your event.
- Homeowners are responsible for any credit/debit card transaction fees.

Whether you're a seasoned pro or just picking up a paddle, these courts are designed for fun, fitness, and friendly competition.
- Courts A & B: Reservation required for guaranteed playtime
- Court C: First-come, first-served—perfect for spontaneous matches
Court Hours: 7:00 AM until dusk
Please respect the posted hours—no play after dark—and be mindful of neighboring homes while enjoying the courts.

Lone Star Ranch is home to a stunning system of lakes that not only beautify the community but also serve a vital role in irrigating our lush greenbelts. While swimming, boating, and watercraft use are prohibited due to the lake’s irrigation infrastructure—including pumps, wells, and fountains—there’s still plenty to enjoy.
🎣 Fishing Fun for All Ages
Our lakes are stocked with Sunfish, Catfish, and Bass, offering a peaceful and relaxing fishing experience.
- No fishing license required
- Catch & Release policy in effect
- Fishing from the banks only (no wading or introducing new fish)
