• All events are booked through the website under Association Info, Reservations.
• The clubhouse has two event times, either 8 AM to 2 PM OR 5 PM to Midnight.
• Clubhouse rentals costs are as follows:

Morning/Mid-Day Rental - 8 AM to 2 PM: $300 – January – April, July – October

                                                                      $450 – May, June, November, December

Evening Rental – 5 PM to Midnight:        $400 – January – April, July – October

                                                                     $600 – May, June, November, December

Deposit:                  $750 – All events

• Set-up, the event, and clean up must all occur within the provided time frame.  Users are not allowed in the clubhouse outside of the rental time. If a homeowner is inside the clubhouse outside of the rental time, they will be charged $50 for every 15-minute increment.  I.E. Any time between 1-15 minutes will be a $50 charge, 16-30 minutes, $100 charge, etc.
• Events may be booked up to six months in advance.  Plan accordingly if you wish to reserve a specific date and time.
• Event costs must be paid for at the time of booking and the deposit of will be charged to your card on file 7 days prior to the event and refunded (minus any charges due to extra cleaning, staying late, etc.) within 3 business days of your event. Homeowners are responsible for all fees associated with credit/debit card transactions.
