The Grand Peninsula Community Center is closed to visitors until further notice. We will schedule appoints on a need to basis only.
We are not taking any reservations for private events until further notice.
Payments and Modifications Requests can be placed in the GPOA Dropbox, located on the building to the right of the main entrance.
Prior to coming to the community center, please contact association management staff to determine if your request can be handled remotely.

You will need your access card or key fob to enter the community center. Please hold your card or fob to the keypad next to the door.
Community Center reservations are now available! Book your event using your homeowner account. Use the 'GPOA Community Center Reservation' tab under Association Info.

Grand Peninsula is a beautiful community along the shores of Joe Pool Lake in the City of Grand Prairie, Texas. Homeowners enjoy the the relaxing lakeside atmosphere, as well as the community's wealth of amenities suitable for any lifestyle.
Homeowner amenities include a community center, gym, hike and bike trails, a lagoon-style pool with a tanning ledge and waterfalls, pool side cabana, separate children's play pool, and pocket parks located throughout the community. There are greenbelt areas with ponds and fountains offering waterscape views. Lynn Creek Park and Marina are within minutes for added recreational activities on Joe Pool Lake.
Our community center is located at 2603 N. Grand Peninsula Drive which is staffed Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Please stop by for a cup of coffee and to meet your community association staff.
The 2025 Annual Meeting was held on November 12, 2025, where the Voting Members elected three new Directors to replace Directors whose terms have expired. Your 2026 Board of Directors are:
